Domino's Pizza — amount paid twice

Hi i went to the dominos store at frazer town to buy pizza on september 6. The card didn't work the first time so the girl there asked me to swipe again. When i came back home, the amount got deducted twice. We called and reminded them. They said the amount will be refunded automatically in 15 days. It is september 23 and the amount has not been refunded. It looks like they don't bother refunding the amount unless the customer makes a fuss.

Also the delivery option is pathetic. The delivery range ends at the bridge near my house. My house is hardly 2 minutes from there (I live under the bridge which is technically still the bridge). When i called in to order a home delivery with a fractured foot, they still refused to come.

Domino's had such good customer service a few years back and good offers. Now i am rethinking if its worth ordering from domino's.
