After an hour of placing my order after a hard day's work, I got a call from Mr.Saikumar, Manager, Domino's Nolambur branch stating my order stands cancelled as they just realised that it has been routed to a branch that's too far from my location. When asked whose fault it was, he casually brushed it aside saying he doesn't know and doesn't care but he cannot deliver!!! When i questioned about his arrogance being in the customer service dept, he blatantly said he was the owner of Domino's and challenged me saying I cannot do anything to escalate this situation!!! Ridiculous as it seems, i am now curious as to how an International Brand like Domino's is going to take this case up.
