kindly teach your employee to how to talk and communicate with your customer. he is very arrogant and do not know how to deal with your customers. He is making false allegation without having any proof. I am ready to give every evidence, also ready to check CCTV footage.
His action in front of other customer in the outlet was non professional causing damage to my reputation which is a clear case of defamation.
