I ordered 2 pizzas eat in at the same outlet. The answer was we dont serve chilli flakes and oregano in house. It's only for people who take parcel. When asked mr. Bhagwan makode from sb road pune branch the incharge he mentioned u can complain regarding the same. Is it always media we should approach??? I did get a refund of 208/- from 300/- when i complained to online customare care. But such a arrogant staff is really demeaning. I want a proper feedback about the staff apologising for their mistake. Can dominos justify this?!! Eager to know...
