Against the order placed 1 hour 15 min today forenoon (17/04/15), product in bad shape was delivered. After complaining, it was communicated by Mr. Rajat (Branch, Pristine Mall, Faridabad, Haryana) that replacement will be delivered in 15 min and if not so then we don't need to pay for it. However, the replacement pizza was delivered in 23 min. After talking to Mr. Rajat, it was communicated that he has made the promise which is not on papers and hence we cannot say anything to him for his statement. He also misbehaved and used ill language on phone and complained on police helpline no 100, that we have forcefully kept their person in our custody, however, the situation was totally different. He asked his person to not to come back without taking money for the 2nd delivery. The act of Mr. Rajat making complaint to police has resulted into ruining the impression of our company. We understand that Dominos is a service industry and should take care about the teaching and training being provided to the person who represents Dominos. This not a small incident and should be taken on serious note at your end.
