I placed an order on November 1, 2019. Order no 146. Instead of 30 minutes the order took 1 hour. And the food was a soggy cold mess. I called customer care multiple times. I got standard response of restaurant not picking up call, escalation team not picking up the call. I received Rs. 300 in domino's wallet but no call back, no apology, no additional compensation for inconvenience.
