Domino's Pizza — Bad service and amount refund timing | |||||
Hi, Today I have ordered the Pizza in dominos online however it didn't get through though money got deducted from my account. I am not happy that they have taken my money, not took the order finally and amount will be refunded in 7 days as per their confirmation. And also their service is absolutely bad, it took 19 calls to reach them over phone and that too without any help. Pathetic service both online and over the phone, this is creating problems for customers like, not having food on time, disappointment, money deduction tension, unhappiness and not meeting the needs at home when guests were at home.
