[Resolved] Domino's Pizza — Bad service, full payment taken and partial order fulfilled | |||
Hi, This is with regards to order number 199 placed tonight 24 august 2014 Form of Payment cash Order No 199 So the whole scenario is as follows : First of all the order came incomplete, and hence was late because the rest of the order came after another half an hour i.e. at 8:44 PM(order was placed at 7:40PM, you can verrify the same in your database), so at the time of final payment i requested that this should be considered as late order but the people at your help desk named RAJ behaved too rude and did not not hear me completely and was unnecessarily arguing giving this absurd reason that that we deliver in this fashion only, i.e. whatever is cooked we deliver and won't be counted as late but how does it make sense, Both the delivery man Chetan and Raj are from Dominos Kailash colony branch. I have paid the FULL AMOUNT and returned the order which came in second part of the delivery as that no longer made sense to have, its like delivering Dal Makhni as in Indian cusine separate and then Bread (say Chapati) half an hour later.
