This is an incident which happened today (10/Aug/2014) at Dominos Pizza (near Nanganallur market) at around 8.30PM. We ordered the dish and finally the bill was provided after our confirmation for the order. The counter staff said that the bill amount worked out to Rs 655.Kindly read the amount again.It is Rs 655. The counter staff swiped the bill for Rs 655.21 by the credit card.Please read the amount here it is Rs 655.21. This was identified by me only after me swiping my card. Eventhough the amount collected was in excess of 21paisa, it is not possible not refund the company.I can understand.The staffs initally refused to accept the mistake at their end. However after explaining the bill in detail, the staff accepted that this was their mistake at their end.I am not sure what would have happened for other customers.Well unfortunately the manager was not available at the time.My sincere request is that please check how could have this happened? I am not sure for the other customers how this has been handled.But please spare a thought for the cashier as I also belong to the same working category. Being a eatable place, the chairs are not of high standard Was this information helpful? | |||
