Subject – deteriorating quality & services of domino’s india (noida, sector 48)
Dear sir/madam,
We are regular pizza eater of domino’s but regret to inform you that quality & services of domino’s outlet noida sector 48 is very bad.
We have recently shifted to this area, the experience of food & service from this particular outlet is terrible. we have ordered 4 to 5 times from this outlet nd the delivery time was 40 to 45 minutes, sometime we get a call from the outlet “sorry we can’t deliver in 30 minutes” its new punch line of your outlet.
I have highlighted the service & quality issues in the online feedback form of domino’s but regret to inform you that no corrective measure has been taken from your end.
The classic example was of last saturday 9th july 2016 we have ordered through mobile app. between 4 to 4.30 pm, order no – 167, laster i called to the outlet & given an addition order no 171 with an instruction that last time the cheese burst pizza was very bad – less cheese (actually it was not cheese burst/regular one), tele caller manoj assured us that the pizza quality & service will be taken care.
The order no 167 has been delivered after 45 minutes (we paid full bill), my other order no 171 has been not delivered (the delivery boy was carry the bill but forgotten to bring the order) the funniest part was he was asking the payment of order no 171 which was undelivered. the quality was again very disappointing – later i called to the outlet & talked to the manager mr. sanjay, who was full of excuses.
We had few guest at home so the complete experience was very pathetic – food to service.
