Domino's Pizza — Cheating, rude behaviour, bad service at dominos khar west outlet - mumbai | |||||
Issues: 1) order delivered 2 hours later from khar domino's (Phone:[protected] on 12 jan 2016 2) full payment collected inspite of 2 hours late delivery!! 2) rude behaviour of delivery boy 3) bad attitude of khar domino's manager In detail - Today the 12th january 2015, i placed an order from domino’s khar west outlet (Phone:[protected] at 6:52 pm. I spoke for 1 minute 32 seconds only. The bill amount was rs. 465. While confirming the address i told the lady on the phone my address. As it is, my address is in the database from many years. The order hadn’t arrived even 30 minutes later so i called (7:25 pm) and i was told it is on the way!! Again 20 minutes later the order hadn’t arrived! So i called them again (7:44 pm) and i was told the order has returned as my address in their database was wrong! I again reminded that my address is in the system from many years. Moreover i had told my full address during the address confirmation while placing the order. For the phone handler lady to tell me "its only 37 minutes late” was very shocking (That time it was 57 minutes infact). She did call me up later to tell me that a freshly baked pizza was being sent – as i refused a cold one – meant that they did infact waste their initial pizza! Finally when the delivery boy came 90 minutes later with the order i was asked to make full payment as the system was at fault. Ridiculous! Then when i spoke to the manager there – parag or paresh im not sure – he tells me that my address in the database is wrong. When i told him i was a regular for years and how this sudden change in database, he tells me my last order was last year – so? What was his point? – are you allowed to insult customers and give them horrible service! Shocking answers! He said i have to pay the full amount now as it is policy if their database is suddenly wrong!! And he can only adjust it in the next order! Strange!! Also how did the change of address in their database come to be or why the lady didn’t heed my words when i gave my detailed address is beyond understanding. I initially deducted late delivery charge of rs. 300 and paid the remainign rs.165. But the manager sent him again to collect the full amount. I did pay the remaining rs. 300. And this was after the delivery boy called me a liar in front of my neighbours! Wow! Great customer service! Insults, unruly delivery boys, gues they'd rather waste pizza than satisfy customers... Keep it up! I have options for pizza today! If this is the treatment o[censored]s customers by the junior staff and senior management, then i assure this was my last order with you.
