it was hell lot of a mess which dominos created, we were so dis satisfied with the services which was provided from dominos, today was a 1 plus 1offer on medium and the large pizza, the date is 17th april 2015, we ordered two pizza's, one was double cheese margharita and the other one was farmhouse, we ordered for cheese burst, and the time when we got the pizza, there was no cheese in the crust, nothing at all, the crust was not at all baked, it was of pathetic quality, they charged us extra 90rs for the cheese burst it was not even the worth of rs 10, we took both of the pizza's back to the counter, and the staff there was so rude, so much rude, they dint talk normally, they just said that ' sir throw the pizza, we wont change it !', we told them that the pizza is not at all of worth but the dominos staff was so un co operative that they dint even asked us that sir i[censored] want we can refund the amount, we are very pissed of with the services provided by dominos to us, the pizza was pathetic, i have been eating dominos pizza on these offer days so much, i awlays visit to the store and have the pizza whenevr the offer comes out, i have had so manny pizzas till this age and i never had such a bad experience of dominos .
the staff reacted to us so badly that u could not even imagine .
the dominos outlet was Karkardooma › 15, 16, 16 A, Plot 9D, Aditya Mega Mall, Karkardooma, New Delhi
we asked the staff people to take a photo of the pizza, i have never seen this thing that a pizza center staff stops the consumer to take the photograph, they dint allow us to take the photograph.
we are highly pissed of with the services of dominos and want a strict action against them as soon as possible

i would take this matter to the consumer forum .
i have never faced such a bad experience in any of the food outlet .
this would totally damage your reputation
