Domino's Pizza — Cold pizza received and bad manager behaviors

Yesterday I ordered pizza from davangere domino's pizza shop it was order around 9:00 pm but they gave me the order around 10:05pm the pizza I took was very bad i mean it was cold and after one hour I got delivery
Immediately I raised a complaint online and called the restaurant then the manager called me and his words were not right and bad and he said again I will send the pizza.
Why should I eat on your time?
I asked them to give me my money back, they said to come to the shop now and talk to them but they could not go as it was 10:30pm. I thought why should I make a mistake again, so I intend to file a complaint.
