Domino's Pizza — complaint about delay delivery and payment | |||
I ordered veg extravaganza regular pizza in the domino's pizza app with cash on delivery option. I had the timer of 30 mins but the delivery boy took nearly an hour. When i called the customer service they said if it's delayed by the end you can get the pizza for free. But delivery guy argued with us and got the money. It was so embarrassing. I got an email from the customer care team saying they have updated my complaint and they asked me to wait for several days to get an email from the concerned office
