Hi This Complaint For Dominos, I order # 529 was placed online at 9:38 on 12th Aug'16 for which I waited for more than 1:30 hrs as it is long weekend. After this I called your store in Noida Sector 61 to check my order status which was mentioned while placing the order online, There the manager Raju first was asking his team mate to just put me on hold but when I forced him he came on phone and informed me that my order has been cancelled. Now after 1:30 hrs I am being told my order is being cancelled and asked me to call sector 120 & place the order there. Well being 11:00 PM neither your store nor your helpline number are working. Now at 11:00 PM I am in front of my guest with no food and embarrassed on top of it your staff was not at all helpful. My next step on this would be going to consumer court with all the facts of online order # and call recording which I just had until I get a proper feedback and refund along with compensation of the embarrassment which I just faced.
