Domino's Pizza — Complaint for late delivery and taking extra amount | |||
I have make a order on 18/6/2016 at sector 48 dominos pizza, at the time of placing an order for pizza we checked it online for veg pizza amount is total 556/- including taxes and all in which we place order for 3 veg extreme pizza mania, one veg taco and one half Ltr coke, by when on the other side the guy who is taking the order is wrongly take the order for non veg pizza and deliver it us but on the same time when we checked we returned it to the same guy and the pizza bill was 629/- according to them which is for non- veg pizza, and when we complaint for it they said the guy took wrong order by mistake and they will send us the veg pizza, and they will take another 35-40 minutes to deliver the order, and the guy didn't get the another bill and ask for the full amount according to previous bill or ask for the half amount if it's late and it was obviously late becoz they made a mistake while taking order and it will take one hour to deliver the order. Shame on the guy who are today called up from the no.[protected], and arguing and using unappropriate language. I must say first time I got worse service and behaviour from the dominos and when I ask the guy name he disconnect the call. Shame on the services of dominos Was this information helpful? | |||
