Domino's Pizza — complaint regarding misbehaving manager

Dear sir/ma'am,

This is regarding my order no. 42 of 3 pizzas and garlic bread place on 12.32.20 on 15/10/2017 at manipal outlet.
This order was placed online and i would like to bring to your notice that it was 1 hour late and when we called the manger to inquire about the status. He started talking very rudely and the minute we talked of a refund he said that this is a bulk order (Which we checked online is 4 or more pizzas and we ordered 3) and he can't pay attention to to because he was very busy. After that he started snapping and hanging up on my face and said he can't attend to us because he has other customers and once the delivery guy came he just handed us the pizza n refused to help.
