I have purchased a domino's voucher of rs. 500/- on 23- oct - 2017 valid till 20 dec2018. The voucher is redeemable on domino's website under payment method "gift card/ e - voucher". However the gift card/ e - voucher payment option is not available now at their website. I contacted customer care of domino's regarding the same but instead of providing a proper solution they asked to contact the vendor of the coupon and stated that they are not associated with any such vendor company. Together these companies are making a fool of the customers. Domino's is not ready to entertain as they have a simple claim that we are not selling these coupons anymore and we cannot help in this matter, contact the vendor of the coupon. Interestingly, both of these do not have a customer care number, domino's does have one as mentioned on the website tagged as 'customer support', however on being contacted they say that this is just our 'order placement centralized system' and go and write mail in this regard on the website. I fail to understand how these companies are allowed to operate in the country at national level without customer care service, cost cutting at the entire cost of the nation.
Request you to please look into the issue with domino's as well as little app for such a poor response and provide a refund of the customer money. Was this information helpful? |
