Today I received a message on my mobile, which clearly said today Domino's is offering buy 1 get 1 free and which is valid only for Dine-in/ Take Away. After arriving at Domino's Barrackpore, Kolkata, when I claimed the offer, the representative viz., Putul, simply refused my claim. Only funny excuse she gave me that this offer can be claimed if I would have order it online. I again showed her the message and quoted her the portion where it's mentioned about the validity of the offer which say "Dine-in/Take away", but all this gone in vain. It means, I will first order online from my home and then I will go and collect my order from the Domino's outlet. It was really an amusing and stupid answer one can give. Later, when I asked about the complaint register, the Team Leader/ supervisor (whose name I didn't get to see) denied about keeping it. When I asked him how can he not a keep a complaint register at such a place, then he gave me the feedback register. When I tried taking it to my table to write peacefully, he stopped me and said I have to write at the counter only, where I am supposed to keep standing and write my complaint in an awkward position. It was really embarrassing as there were other customers also staring at what was happening. I am attaching the snapshot of the message which I received in my mobile and also my complaint which I wrote on a feedback register. Only mistake which I did was the date I mentioned on the feedback register. I wrote 12 Oct 16 instead of 11 Oct 16 which is today.
