Privileged cards are being distributed, some of them were redeemed but they are now not redeemed saying that these are fake. What is the proof that these are fake. Without being declaring such racket in Media etc, how can company refuse the customers. Who will refund money of the customers . There is no such prior notice. This is fooling of general public. This is surely considered as deficiency of services and the matter needs to be dealt seriously in consumer court.
