[Resolved] Domino's Pizza — Delayed delivery and misbehaving staff | |||
Hello there, This was the worst experience with your company where we have been ordered so many times and this time this evening when we order they sent some guy who doesn't even know the Kanpur area properly...and when he delivered after 1:18 mins he kept saying sorry sorry sorry...which was not acceptable...then we asked him to let us talk to the person who took order then we talked to Mr. Vikash S ...whose name is on the bill too...he talked rudely and didn't accept any apology...We had small kids party at home and this was sooooo embarrassing...and he asked delivery boy to take Pizza back...and we landed with nothing in hand at 21:00 PM ... This is 100% not acceptable and it will be infected for sure... Also we order after downloading MENU from your website and Veg. Paradise has retail price as Rs. 530/- and Veg. Extravaganza has price as Rs. 575/- there also in bill we had pricing as 550/- and 620/- respectively... Can you please answer why is there pricing difference... ? Hope you can take some action and we would get some kind of assurance otherwise we will not order rather will hold others to be ready for this kind of experience ...
