This has been one of my worst experiences with dominos.
We placed this order 2 days back. Never received the order. Tried reaching support for 3 hours, but the calls were not responded. Never got a call back.
Today, i raised a complaint. Spoke to the manager at the restaurant (Green park). His response was so irresponsible: "i can't do anything because there are already 250 customer complaints with me".
Now i won't just request for a refund, but a compensation for my time, efforts and dissatisfaction.
Ps: we couldn't place order for dinner, because it was already 2 am. Was this information helpful? |
I have tried to place order twice, both time payment is done but order is unsuccessful and not refunded.
I have complaint it to nearest dominoz but they ask to contact upper level. No body is responding yet.
