An order was placed for two pizzas via swiggy for Domino's on 2 Jul at 1330 hrs.
The delivery agent named Sharad ([protected] phone number) called and said that he is reaching in 10 min and he marked the pizza delivered on his side. We kept waiting for around 45 min with no pizza or any information.
On contacting the delivery agent repeatedly the message came as number does not exist. On contacting swiggy they asked for order number from Domino's which was never shared with us. We were left high and dry, with no pizza, no information, lots of hunger and anger. Then contacted customer care of dominoes who could provide us with an order number and raised a complaint against delivery not received. The agent on customer care called it a technical glitch and Miraculously in few minutes the delivery agent appeared with our pizza. The entire racket was to digest our pizzas with no burp. Customers being taken for a ride by Domino's. On trying to contact Domino's customer care to raise a complaint, the voice control system is now disconnecting the call after wishing me a good day.
