Domino's Pizza — Delivery happend after 3 hours | |||||
Hello dominos Being a renound organisation we as a customer expect a proffesional behavioue from yours side... We have placed an order at 6:36 order number 97 at ajaynagar outlet kolkata... After waited 2 hours when we try to cantact the mention outlet nobody has pick up our call... I am compeled to contact the delivery person he has informed me that he has gone to wrong place... I had been also assured that the pizza will be served free as they have not deleivered it on time... Surprisingly delivery boy (Noor ali) claiming money from us and also saying that in the festive session dominos have no time limit of delivery which we have not informed during placing order... We have refused the delivery and send back... Such a bad experiance we have faced... Was this information helpful? | |||||
