An order for two pizzas was placed via swiggy for Domino's on 2 Jul at 1330 hrs. The delivery agent called to say that he is reaching in 10 min, and he marked the pizza delivered
However after this his phone number became non existent and we kept waiting for any news regarding pizza for around 45 min. On contacting swiggy, they asked for order number shared by Domino's on message, which was never shared on our phone
So we were left high and dry
On contacting the customer care of dominoes, they were aware of the order number after providing phone number by which order was placed and conveniently said that is is a technical glitch and they have raised a complaint. Miraculously after raising the complaint, few minutes later the pizza delivery agent appeared and delivered the pizza
Now I am trying to raise a complaint against dominoes on their customer care but the voice control system is disconnecting the call.
So my story of pizza is that dominoes wanted to digest my pizzas without a burp leaving me with lots of anger and hunger. It's is high time everyone knows this racket. Was this information helpful? |
