Domino's Pizza — Did not get the Pizza not even the refund which I paid

I have placed an order at 1/17/2015 3:45 PM which I got 1/17/2015 5:40 PM. It was too late for lunch so I cancelled it and the store boy told me I will get my money back in 7-10days. Today 1st feb, I called them and the store boy named Arun Kumar put me on hold, disconnected it after sometime and there after they are not picking up my call.
