I placed an order for Domino's electronic gift voucher of Rs 200 on 5th February, 2016, at around 8 am from their website at http://www.dominos.co.in/great-deals/gift-vouchers.
My money got deducted from the card but I have not received the gift voucher yet. I did not even recieve an order confirmation email.
On the same day (5th February) I filled the feedback form online about this and got an automated response (reference ID is:1035396) that I should expected a reply to the complaint in 2 days. I even contacted customer care at[protected] three times and two representatives did not even know Domino's sold gift cards. The third person told me to send an email to [protected]@jublfood.com. I send the email immediately after I spoke to that representative and still have not heard from them through any of the means that I tried.
Then on 9th February, I left a comment on their facebook page Domino’s Pizza India about this and got a reply to email the details to [protected]@gmail.com. Immediately I send the email to this email address but still no have got no reply. I again left a comment asking about it on 11th February. On 12th February today, they responded on facebook comment saying they will get back to me with the complaint but still no reply!
It’s a week since I gave a my first complaint. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I have not got any solid response. So, I am writing this complaint. If they need then I can show proof of the transaction.
I want Domino’s India to refund me the money immediately to my card. I do not want to use their services at all now. Was this information helpful? |
