[Resolved] Domino's Pizza — Did not received any notification for cancellation of order | |||||
Hi, I placed an order at dominos pizza on 5th October noon and my transaction was successful but just after the order was placed i got a call from dominos that my order cannot be processed because it is placed for an out of delivery area of dominos. The area was mayapuri in janakpuri east, delhi. Then i did not received any mail or message about cancellation of my order and how and when my money will be returned. DOMINOS IS THE BIGGEST FOOD FRAUD COMPANY I HAVE EVER SEEN. I need my money first of all and secondly a settlement for my time wastage, i was hungry because of dominos, mental harrasment. When i called customer care of dominos at [protected] they did't talked to me properly and also did't gave me any solution. I should have been informed at the time when i was placing the order online that this area is out of delivery. I am attaching some documents to support my case. This is the no.
