[Resolved]  Domino's Pizza — Did not refund my money even when they cancelled the order due to technical issues at their site

I had placed an order in Dominos Pizaa on 7 th August, 2015 amounting to Rs 687. I had paid the money using Mobikwik Wallet. The transaction ID was - DMBK[protected]. The money was deducted but due to technical issues at their server(Dominos' Server) they sent us a message telling that the order was cancelled and they would refund back the money. But they did not refund my money yet.

I received a call from their Customer Care Center after 2 hours and assured me that I will get the money back within 7 working days. The next day only they have refunded the money.
Domino's Pizza customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
