Domino's Pizza — Didnt got the refund after failed confirmation

Address:Goregaon East, Mumbai.

I tried to order pizzas of rs.449 from dominos app on 10th February 8PM. I used phone pe app for the transaction and money was debited from my account. But at that time order didn't go through. On the app it said, "Something went wrong" and no order was registered. After that on the app there was no proper customer service available to assist this issue. So I raised ticket with phone pe but they are saying it will take 30 for update from the third party. I can not reach out to Dominos through the app because they have a AI based customer service which have only 2-3 pre-programmed set of questions. So I need help for getting the refund as soon as possible.
