I was asked to fill up a feedback form when I ordered a pizza online in website. So I lodged a complaint about a past irritating experience when a delivery boy called 8-9 times to locate the delivery address, along with confusion and agitation from the the delivery boy's side. The Reference No. of this complaint was 870135 . After some time I received a call from a woman representative of the Dominoes Restaurant (Ajoynagar, Kolkata branch). She spoke with arrogance from the beginning and when I politely explained her the problem, she showed decent mockery and with sarcasm spoke to me saying that it is not POSSIBLE that a delivery boy had called me 8-9 times. She said they will HARDLY call me 2-3 times since they have to call on their own expense. When I insisted that the incident had occurred and that is the reason I lodged complaint she spoke in a way that clearly showed that she thinks I am lying. Great Customer Service huh? She also sort of THREATENED me saying a string of words in a way sarcastically "polite", "Okay ma'am we will try to call you as less as possible, but you can't blame us if the pizza gets delivered late. It won't be our responsibility." (stressing quite a few times on the last line). . So I lodged another complaint Ref.No- 871971. However I don't expect any actions to be taken against this matter, so I'm lodging this complaint in the National Consumer Complaint Forum.. . Also, though she threatened me of late pizza delivery, there has been times when I received my pizza 1.5 HOURS late after order had been successfully placed.. . This was the last time I order pizza from this restaurant. . well until and unless they know how to treat their customer. Was this information helpful? |
