Hi on 10th december'18 (Order 165) i ordered a pizza from mobile app which was half an hour late from the expected time. The payment was done via paytm. And i was told by the delivery boy from dominos that your amount will be refunded in 48 hours. It didn't so i contacted customer care. The timeline of the refund kept on increasing from 7 to 10 to 14 to 20 days till the customer care finally agreed to get the restaurant on call. Today i. E the 30th of december the restaurant finally agreed after dodging call for 2-3 days that the payment was unsuccessful. I asked them to reattempt the payment. They told me i should have contacted them on day 1 and now they could not refund. They also said they could at max get me a discount on the next order i make in that very restaurant. I told them i was out of the city. On this, they simply disconnected the call. I'm highly displeased with the lack of professionalism dominos management has regarding its outlets.
