Domino's Pizza — Dominoes: pathetic service, late (1.5hr) and completely cold pizza

I placed a order on dominoes on 9th of March, My order no was 137,
I placed the order for Farmhouse with cheese burst at exactly 9pm,
I got delivery at 10:50 pm
And also quality of pizza was extremely horrible, it was completely cold and ultimately we have to throw it away in the dustbin
This was not at all acceptable from company like dominoes operating under jubiliant food.
Also I have to spent atleast 1 hr with customer care person.

I want complete refund of money for that order otherwise I am going to esclate it to the highest possible level so that dominoes will not cheat any other person in future.
I am also planning to highlight this in the media, as we have observed many people are facing this issue against dominoes
Looking forward for the positive response from jubiliant food senior persons
