Domino's Pizza — Dominos at virar refuse to serve regular size pizza on sundays / holidays | |||
I wanted to bring to your notice that the Dominos pizza at Virar west, Thane Maharashtra refuses to serve regular size pizzas on Sundays and other Holidays. Initially I thought it is one off scenario and ignored it but later I observed they do it intentionally on every Sunday / Holiday. This has caused me and others coming at the restaurant inconvenience on several occasions. I expect the highest quality of service from an international brand like dominos but this kind of behavior is unacceptable and that is why now I have decided to escalate it to the highest level if needed. I have placed my order via Mobileapp and it was 488 INR. Also the amount got debited from my account. I didn't receive any notification about my order number. Need a refund.

I placed order on[protected] and payment was done 3 times since the order was not forwarded to correct shop. When i called customer care about 2 more payments has to be refunded. Payment 1- received product, Payment 2 - received refund, payment -3 no money refunded (Rs548)

Pizza was having bubble and it was not tasty .topping was not done properly with cheese and was not so hot when delivered. So please respond to this complain as soon as possible because we are hungry and dont have money.
