I had placed my order with dominos on call and after taking all the details with me (delivery address) and accepting my order and making me wait for 45mins and at the time of delivery they had cancelled the order saying it is out of reach. If it was out of reach then why had they accepted the order. I need strict action as Firstly, they made me wait for like almost an hour and then instead of delivering it they cancel it. They don’t even realise that someone is waiting for dinner and at-least make some effort to deliver it. If at all the delivery address was far they could have asked for extra delivery charges but instead they had just cancelled the order at the last moment making us wait for 45mins. Such unprofessional and pathetic service. Therefore, i need compensation for this.
