[Resolved] Domino's Pizza — Dominos not Refunding the amount debited on a failed trxn

An online transaction for Rs.920 got declined on[protected], when I tried ordering Pizza online. Amount was debited from my credit card, and I got an e-mail that the money will be refunded in 7 days. It's been more than 15 days now, the amount has not been refunded. Despite sending a mail to the customer care, there has been no response from them. The store guys don't have any clue on the issue.
The transaction number is cc[protected] dated[protected]. Havent received the refund amount yet.
