[Resolved] Domino's Pizza — Double payment for Order number 313(Invoice number: DPI65772/14-15/232445) | |||
Hi, I placed an online order from Dominos on 5th July 2014 (Friday) and paid Rs. 498 through my credit card. The order was deliver from the nearest outlet i.e., Sector 18, Noida. Now when the delivery boy came to deliver the order, he charged an amount of 498 from my sister. Since I was not at home, my sister readily gave the money to the delivery boy. I got to know about the double payment this morning. So I am filling a complaint at your help desk. I am attaching the bill as a proof that we ordered the pizza. Looking for a prompt reply. Money was returned to me so the issue is resolved for me.
I called up at the store and talked to there assistant manager. He took a day to check the records and finally a person from the restaurant came to my home to return the money. Domino's Pizza customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
