Domino's Pizza — Excess delivery time

As per dominoes tagline the pizza is to be delivered within 30 minutes otherwise it is free . Today i ordered pizza which was delivered to me after 1 hour of placing the order and was not even fresh and even after late delivery they were not willing to give the pizza for free and the manager was misbehaving on phone due to which i kept my order wit me and asked the delivery boy to bring the manager in person if he wanted money from me. These companies try to make a fool out of the customer everyday and after that try to provide justification for their wrong doings . Manager has still not responded to me after this incident
