Domino's Pizza — Executive cut the call in middle of order and didn't pick latter after trying several times.

I called domino's on 14th july 2017 at 9.50. Executive received and started taking the order.in middle he asked me to hold and then cut the call. I tried calling again but no one responded. Is this the way they treat their customers? If he couldn't take the order he should have said the same.
