Domino's Pizza — Extra Charge and bad delivery by Dominos Aditya city centre ,Indirapuram ,Ghaziabad 201014

With regard to your offer of one free with one pizza on 13.03.2015 I have the following complaints 1) With reference to order no 712 place at 9:57 PM at aditya city centre, indirapuram, invoice number DPI65957/[protected]/186420.The total bill amount came to Rs672.03 payment was made by credit HDFC visa card and an amount of Rs 684/- was deducted from my card(xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-0623) account - ie an excess of Rs12/- was taken from me without out any reason. 2) The Pizza was delivered at about 11pm in the night 3) The condition of the pizza was bad as the flap was depressed in to all the cheese and toppings of the pizza 4) On line system of ordering was a total flop ...I had to go to the shop personally to order Ashok Pai
