i ordered 4 double topping pizzas online on friday, 15th may 2015 at 8.31 pm. As usual i was directed to Domino's Shanti Niketan. At 9.41pm. after repeatedly "tracking" my order on their website which said "dilip is on his way with your pizza", i called up their store and the female speaking to me told me that the order wasn't yet dispatched and she could cancel my order if i wanted her to, else she would send it in max to max 15-20 minutes (in an extremely unapologetic and rude tone).
Since we had already been expecting the pizza, had not prepared for cooking, and we were being promised the delivery of our order "on priority", " in max to max 15-20 minutes" i asked her to send the pizza.
Our order finally arrived at 10.50 pm which is more than an hour after speaking to her.
the delivery boy took out our pizza boxes, none of which were sealed, let alone sealed, they seemed like leftovers, the cartons were wet and torn!!
the pizzas were so stale that we had to warm them up in the microwave.
on asking the delivery boy, he told us that all his pizzas were given to him in the same condition by the store staff and he received all the verbal thrashing from all the places he delivered that day.
he asked me to send back the pizzas to the store and talk to them.
i did not send back the pizzas because we could not trust these douchebags and we were extremely hungry, we had to finish off our work, and filling up our stomach was just a necessity.
however this is not our first time of such a sick experience with domino's Shanti Niketan.
more often than not, they have an extremely extremely poor service.
in fact, "poor" is an understatement on their ability to disappoint and disregard their customers.
