I had ordered 12 cheese burst pizza's from your sector 132 outlet on 18 dec'18 for which the order numbers were 5 & 6 where couple of pizza's got squeezed n was not in a condition to eat however the delivery supposed to happen at 12.30 but it got delivered around 1.30 hence i accepted the pizza as is.. Then i have got a call from outlet manager ankit contact number [protected] where he told me to not give any such feedback on the online feedback and promised me that he will get 2 cheese burst pizza's delivered to me later on. When i called him for the delivered, he ignored my call and stop answering me. Ideally i should not have listen to him and provided my feedback on the link that i had received. I am really disappointed with this unproffessionalism.
