Dominos Pizza — False redirect of order to other state | |||||
At around 20:18:38 hrs on 20.05.2016 i had orderes pizza n sides worth rs 865/- from dominos app from jaipur. But somehow due to technical glitch it went to maharashtra outlet. A dominoz representative called me and asked for diection of the address. When i told him that its in jaipur he said that you have ordered wrong and the order has been booked in mumbai. I have the mail as a proof where it is shown that my address is in jaipur and the retail address is in mumbai. But somehow he kept on saying that it has been my mistake in ordering. I can't understand how a literate person can say that knowing the fact that the choice of retail outlet is nowhere in the hands of the customer. It automatically gets re-directed in the app to the nearest retail outlet. However, he told that the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded into my account within 7 working days but still i haven't got any confirmation regarding the cancellation of the order through mail or any kind of other media.
