Yesterday I ordered Veg paradise Pizza but recieved some other pizza with whole different type of toppings. i tried to call the store but failed to talk with them as they didn't pick up calls. I contacted customer care and they tried to call the store but they didn't pick up their call also. After that I called the delivery boy whose number was registered by our security gaurd on My gate app. He helped to exchange my pizza. But In exchanged pizza, there were not even a single piece of paneer for which I paid extra 60rs. The delivery boy took a pic of pizza and said will tell the store to do the refund. I raised concern online but got no response, from store someone called me and asked for feedback and I told her all these and she said she will talk to the manager and call back but she didn't. First of all if I didn't have the delivery boy number than my whole money on pizza would have wasted just because the store staff don't pick up calls. It took total 1+ hour to get right pizza that also incomplete. If I paid extra than I want the thing for which I paid and if they were not able to provide it. I want my refund.
