Domino's Pizza — Food delivery | |||||
This is in regards to my frustrating experience with DOMINOS, Sector 4, Gurgaon where I placed Order No: 501 on 20th Jan’16. The entire experience starting from booking, delivery and even the food was horrible. I wanted to highlight this as this is something that you would never expect from DOMINOS. I placed my order and I was not communicated any timeline for delivery, when I called back after 40 minutes, I was told that order will take approx.. 90 minutes as they are offering a free pizza as well. When I went to collect my order outside, I was shocked to see that there was no hot case for my PIZZA, and when I told that it’s not HOT, delivery guy said don’t worry sir I ran out of Hot Case hence this is your order. When I opened my PIZZA it was freezing cold which did not leave any room for me to even try this out. I called back the store to complain about the same and they did not even care to hear this and said sorry it was a busy day for us today, so we can’t help you.
