Domino's Pizza — food not delivered even after 3 hours

I had placed an online order #239 at domino's pizza - already paid

Order tracker showed packed after 45 minutes of order time.

After 3 and half hours also the food is not delivered or cancelled, i tried calling customer care multiple times and initially they said food will be delivered soon later they said the store is not responding.

The food is not delivered nor the order is cancelled. Not sure if my money will be refunded.

These pizza guys say 30 minutes delivery guarantee

I request immediate action to be taken against domino's pizza.

Updated by Sreenip The food is not delivered nor cancelled even after a day, the customer care still says the store is not responding and there is no info regarding the order. Even after multiple calls to customer care there is no call back from Domino's.
