Domino's Pizza — Home delivery order was not given on time and instead of that i personally took the pizza box from restaurant

Hi,

Today I have placed an order for home delivery around 9:29 PM and I have waited till 10:10 PM but I didnt get any call from the delivery boy. But in the app it was showing the driver is on his way.

I have reached the restaurant at 10:15 PM which is near by and when I inquired the reply from the restaurant boy was they forgot the delivery and they have handed over the pizza box to me. the pizza was not at all hot and also the garlic bread sticks.
Restaurant Manager was beside to the boy but looks like he don't have any concern when customer is raising a complaint in front of him

THis is not at all from Dominos. I am a very regular customer for Dominos and this kind of service may affect your customers coming to restaurants or ordering online.
