Please improve the customer care service and the app . I am totally disappointed with the service . I was craving to the pizza, hence I saw the offer . There was no delivery in the nearby dominoes . Hence, the app considered advance slot . I booked for 8.45pm delivery at 5.00pm . At 8.00, I get a call stating they will cancel as this is 7km away from where I stay . It is not 7 but around 5 km . They said they only deliver upto 3km. But what is my mistake in that . I went with the flow that the app said . .If they cannot deliver to my location, app also shouldn’t let me do the same . I slept without a dinner meal just because of this . My experience is very bad and I will pass this on for sure as I don’t want others hungry like me .
