Domino's Pizza — I am complaining about delayed delivery and cold and sticky pizza delivered

I have ordered pizza and coke online on 22.09.2017 on 9:37 pm with an order id of 256 from vasant vihar delhi, outlet. Pizza were delivered on 10:57 after and one and half hour and that was not at all hot and eatable. Calls were not answered even after more than an hour in queue:
Kindly procces for cash back of paid amount before raising this complain to consumer forum,
