Domino's Pizza — I am complaining about quality and more than 2 hour late delivery

Hi,

This is to bring to your notice that I have ordered pizza for Amount of Rs 905/- order No 126 at 6:37pm and it got delivered at 8:50 pm and icing on the cake is that the pizza was at freezing point and there was no call to confirm the order and there was no one concerned to tell that my order will be delayed as it was prepaid order still people are very unprofessional and doesn’t bother anything. After ordering pizza there was no status on app so I thought of calling by my self but again same response we will get back but no one responded. I called many times and the answer I got is we will deliver soon.

So, now I am looking for refund nothing else.

Kindly initiate my refund

Note: last time I had the same experience but thought it might be a human error things happens sometimes but now I just want refund.
